Interested in Being a Vendor?

The Wellness Experience brings together local businesses, service providers, and mission-aligned organizations that support well-being across the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.  Vendor booths are designed to be interactive, welcoming, and focused on meaningful connection, not pressure sales.

We're looking for vendors who want to engage the community, share resources, and be part of a larger mission-driven experience.

Who Should Apply

We welcome vendor applications from:

  • Health, Wellness, and fitness providers

  • Senior care and caregiving services

  • Financial, housing, legal, and planning resources

  • Technology, innovation, and smart-living solutions

  • Community organizations and nonprofits

Vendor offerings should support at least one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and be appropriate for a diverse, community-wide audience.

Please note: Vendor booths are separate from speaking opportunities. Speaking is reserved for approved sponsor and community speakers through the speaker application process. 

Interested in Speaking at the Expo?

We are now accepting speaker applications for the Wellness Experience.  With one curated stage and a limited number of speaking slots, we're looking for engaging, educational, and community-focused voices that align with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.

Who should Apply

We welcome applications from:

  • Wellness professionals and practitioners

  • Caregivers, advocates, and community leaders

  • Educators, innovators, and mission-aligned organizations

Sessions should be educational rather than promotional and designed to provide meaningful value to attendees.

How to Apply

Step 1: Complete the online speaker application

Step 2: Submit a short video or request a brief virtual screening

Step 3: Select your speaker category (Sponsor or Community Speaker)

Applications Open: January 9

Applications Close: April 1

 

All applications are reviewed after the deadline. Applicants will be notified by mid-April if they've been accepted, waitlisted, or not selected.
